Process return
As an online shop, we want to make sure our customers are happy with their orders. However, if a product does not meet expectations, we are happy to offer the possibility of a return.
To make a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and let us know your decision. You can reach us either by e-mail, telephone, via our contact form or via your customer account.
As soon as we have received your return request, we will send you a confirmation and provide further information about the return. Please note that the return costs must be borne by you as a customer.
As soon as we have received the product back, we will check it for damage and signs of wear. If the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price.
We strive to complete the process as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
